What are the check‑in and check‑out times?
Check‑in is from 14:00 – please let us know well in advance of your arrival time. We can accommodate late night arrivals. Check‑out is until 11:00.
Do the studios offer WiFi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is offered in all studios, and is also available in public areas, such as the communal terrace.
Are pets allowed?
No — pets are not allowed at this property.
What transport services are provided?
Transfers to the airport can be arranged upon request, at additional charge. The port is within easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes). The bus station is a one minute walk away. Rental cars can also be arranged, with multiple companies within a one minute walk from Castellino Naxos.
I'm arriving very late by ferry, is this okay?
Yes! However, please let us know well in advance of the ferry name and estimated arrival time. If someone is unable to greet you upon arrival, we will provide keys to access your studio in a lockbox.
Can I store my luggage?
Yes! If you arrive before check-in, or need to store luggage after check-out, we’ll be more than happy to assist.
Is parking available?
Yes! A large public car park is available by Grotta Beach nearby (spaces are more limited during peak season).
What amenities do the studios have?
All studios have air‑conditioning, a private bathroom, work desk, TV with the Netflix app, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and crockery. An iron and ironing board can be provided upon request. Some rooms also offer larger kitchenettes and private balconies/terraces.
What communal facilities are available at Castellino Naxos?
A large communal terrace is available to all studios.
Are towels, linen and toiletries provided?
Yes, towels and linens are provided to all guests, and can be changed upon request. Shampoo, body wash and hairdryers are also provided.
How can I pay?
For direct bookings, bank transfer is preferred (details will be sent when your booking is confirmed). We’re happy to accept Euros as well upon arrival and can also facilitiate contactless payments with Visa/Mastercard.
What's your cancellation policy?
All rates are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise. Rates that include free cancellation through our partners typically allow cancellation 30 days before your arrival date.
Do you have cribs/cots available?
Yes! However, please let us know beforehand due to limited supply.
Do you provide laundry services?
Yes, we can facilitate clothes washing (provided by a laundrette nearby).
What time of year are you open?
We are open all year, however, in the winter season we do not accept short-term stays.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in any of our studios. Instead, a communal terrace is provided.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Pantelia supermarket is a two minute walk away.
